Make an impact with our Regional Human Capital team as a Senior Manager. Responsibilities
- Consult and advise leaders on human capital activities, including: total rewards, learning and development, application of policies and guidelines, disciplinary issues, performance management, employee relations, workforce planning, legal matters, recruitment and engagement.
- Lead, motivate and coach 3 (three) team members towards professional and personal development by setting clear expectations, providing feedback and conducting performance reviews.
- Manage the regional human capital team to deliver operational excellence and legislative compliance.
- Lead annual programs including compensation and performance management; roll out people initiatives to the client groups and provide guidance for change management initiatives.
- Actively participate in the integration process during mergers and acquisitions in a high-growth and fast-based environment.
- Prepare and deliver presentations for internal business; facilitate workgroups, training sessions and meetings.
- Analyze statistical reports to pro-actively identify and determine trends; identify and address issues that impact morale, effectiveness, turnover, absenteeism and productivity.
- Contribute to the development of new ideas and approaches to improve work processes and efficiency.
- Network on behalf of MNP, acting as an ambassador for the organization.
- Maintain flexibility to travel, as necessary.
Skills and Experience
- Post-secondary education and accreditation with HR specialty
- Completion of, or working towards, CPHR designation
- 5-7 years of HR leadership experience
- Professional services industry experience is considered an asset
- Proven people management, relationship building and leadership skills
