Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain accounting records using various accounting software including QuickBooks, Sage, or Xero
- Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable functions
- Perform account reconciliations and bank reconciliations to ensure data accuracy
- Conduct account analysis to identify discrepancies or issues
- Assist with budgeting and financial planning activities
- Maintain organized bookkeeping records and documentation
- Support office administrative tasks as needed to ensure smooth operations
Requirements
- Proven experience with accounting software such as QuickBooks, Sage, or Xero
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices
- Excellent organizational skills with high attention to detail
- Ability to perform bank reconciliations and conduct account analysis effectively
- Knowledge of budgeting processes is a plus
- Strong communication skills and ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Prior experience in an office environment preferred but not required
Pay: $47,500.00-$50,000.00 per year
