Job Overview
We are seeking a reliable and hardworking General Labourer to join our team. This role involves supporting various construction, maintenance, and operational tasks across different projects. No prior experience is necessary but is highly encouraged, but a positive attitude and willingness to learn and to be proactive are essential. Responsibilities
- Assist with loading and unloading materials and equipment on-site
- Perform general manual labour such as digging, lifting, and moving supplies
- Support team members with task-specific duties as directed
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment by organizing tools and debris
- Follow safety protocols and use protective gear at all times
- Operate basic tools and machinery under supervision
- Help with site preparation, cleanup, and other miscellaneous tasks as needed
Qualifications
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks in various weather conditions
- Strong work ethic with attention to safety procedures
- Good communication skills and ability to follow instructions
- Reliable transportation is preferred but not mandatory
- Prior experience in construction or manual labour is a plus but not required
- Must be at least 18 years old or older
- Willingness to learn new skills and adapt to different work environments
Pay: $20.00-$25.00 per hour
