Painter (Residential & Commercial)
About the Role:
We are looking for a skilled Painter to join our crew. Our projects range from high-end residential interiors to large-scale exterior transformations. If you take pride in clean lines, a tidy workspace, and a job well done, we want to hear from you.
What You’ll Do:

Surface Prep: Expertly sand, scrape, caulk, and patch surfaces to ensure a flawless finish.

Application: Apply paint, stain, and other finishes using brushes, rollers, and airless sprayers.

Protection: Set up drop cloths and tape off areas to protect clients' furniture and flooring.

Clean-up: Maintain a professional and organized job site daily.

Safety: Safely operate ladders and scaffolding (Working at Heights).
What We’re Looking For:

Experience: Minimum 2+ years of professional painting experience preferred (though we are willing to train the right person with a great attitude).

Skillset: Strong "cutting-in" skills and knowledge of different paint types/finishes.

Reliability: Must have a valid driver’s license and your own reliable transportation to get to job sites.

Physicality: Able to stand for long periods, climb ladders, and lift up to 50 lbs.

Attitude: Punctual, polite, and professional when interacting with homeowners.
