At Gabie’s Boutique, dance is at the heart of everything we do.
REQUIRED AVAILABILITY (NON-NEGOTIABLE):
Weekdays: 9:30AM–6:30PM
Weekends: Saturday + Sunday required
Applicants must have open and consistent availability.
PERMANENT POSITION — NOT SEASONAL
This is a long-term role. We are not hiring for summer positions.
This role is not suitable for students returning to school in the fall.
ABOUT THE ROLE
This is more than a retail job — it’s a leadership role on the floor.
As a Key Holder, you’ll help lead the day, support our team, and create an experience where every dancer (and parent!) feels taken care of, confident, and excited.

RESPONSIBILITIES
Opening and closing the store
Helping customers find the perfect fit in shoes and apparel
Creating an engaging, personalized shopping experience
Supporting team sales and suggesting add-ons
Restocking, merchandising, and maintaining store standards
(And because unfortunately we haven't taught the pointe shoes and tutu's to help out) Perform cleaning tasks as needed to maintain our stunning store aesthetics
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
Minimum 3 years retail experience
Minimum 1 year Key Holder or leadership experience
Minimum 5 years Dance expereince (as a dancer, teacher or parent)
Strong communication and customer service skills
Ability to handle the physical side of retail (lifting boxes, climbing ladders, fitting shoes)

Job Types: Part-time, Permanent
Pay: $18.50-$19.00 per hour
