The Heartbreak Café is more than just coffee — it’s a vibe!
We're opening our very first location at 1 City Centre Drive, and this is your chance to get in at the ground floor of something fresh, fun, and full of energy. We’ve got big plans and a bunch of new stores coming soon, and we’re looking for someone who wants to grow with us.
Who You Are
You’ve got barista experience, you know your way around espresso machines, and you’ve got a natural eye for coffee design (latte art, silky pours, the whole deal). But just as importantly — you’ve got personality. You bring great energy, love connecting with people, and care about the little details that make a café feel like the spot.
What You’ll Do
- Make great coffee — consistently
- Create good vibes and connect with customers
- Help shape the culture and experience of the café
- Work with the team to set the tone for future locations
- Share ideas and be part of something that’s growing fast
What We’re Looking For
- Barista experience (required — this isn’t your first time steaming milk)
- Strong understanding of coffee quality and design
- Someone with natural style, confidence, and great energy
- A team player who wants to help build a brand from the inside out
- No weekend shifts required (but bonus points if you're flexible)
