Position Title: Operations Administrator, Storeroom
Reports to: Storeroom Supervisor
We are looking for an Operations Administrator, Storeroom with minimum 1 year experience to manage clerical tasks, data entry, inventory management, and SAP MM updates. Requires knowledge of Microsoft Office, SAP MM, inventory systems, strong communication, multitasking, flexibility, and ability to work weekends/holidays. Position Overview:
Reporting to the Storeroom Supervisor, the Operations Administrator, Storeroom is responsible for providing administrative support for the storeroom department.

Compensation: $21 / hour
Contract: 6 Month
Schedule: 40 hours per week.
Job Duties:
Key responsibilities include (and not limited to) the following:
- Perform accurate and timely data entry into the SAP MM system to maintain the integrity of inventory records.
- Monitor stock levels, conduct inventory checks, and place orders to ensure the storeroom maintains sufficient supplies for uninterrupted operations.
- Conduct routine spot checks to compare physical on-hand quantities with system data; promptly report any anomalies to the Storeroom Supervisor.
- Spot checks and compares on hand quantities with data in the system and reports anomalies to the Storeroom Supervisor
- Maintain effective communication with various departments and actively contribute to implementing inventory process improvements.
- Assist the Storeroom Supervisor in troubleshooting, investigating, and resolving any system or ordering discrepancies.
- Assist the supervisor in training, guiding, and providing operational instructions to the store personnel.
- Other duties and projects as assigned
Qualifications/Experience:
- Post-secondary education or equivalent knowledge of SAP MM module preferred
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office Products (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) a must
- Must be able to demonstrate excellent communication skills; both written and verbal
- Strong interpersonal skills, comfortable working with all levels of staff and management in a fast-paced, multicultural environment
- Ability to multi-task effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Familiar with inventory management systems
- Flexible working hours and be available to work on Weekends, Statutory Holidays, as needed, 1st and last day of the month, as needed, and provide vacation coverage, as needed
