Sherwood Park Tailor & Dry Cleaning is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Tailor & Dry Cleaning Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality tailoring services and ensuring excellent customer satisfaction. Responsibilities
- Perform tailoring adjustments, hemming, and alterations with precision and attention to detail
- Operate dry cleaning and pressing equipment safely and efficiently
- Inspect garments for quality and ensure they meet customer specifications
- Provide exceptional customer service by assisting clients with their garment needs and inquiries
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas and equipment
- Manage multiple tasks efficiently while adhering to deadlines
Requirements
- Basic math skills for measurements, pricing, and adjustments
- Strong customer service skills to effectively communicate with clients and address their needs
- Previous experience in tailoring or dry cleaning is preferred but not required; training will be provided
- Ability to work accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail and a commitment to quality workmanship
