We support B2B clients that need reliable, organized, and professional delivery solutions, including same-day and next-day courier services, shipment tracking, business delivery support, and customer-focused logistics service.
As we continue to expand, we are looking for a motivated and professional Sales & Business Development Representative to support our lead outreach, sales follow-up, CRM updates, meeting booking, and client acquisition process.
Role Description
This is a part-time remote role with the opportunity to grow into a full-time position based on performance, consistency, results, and company needs.
The Sales & Business Development Representative will be responsible for contacting company-provided leads, communicating with potential B2B clients, following up consistently, updating CRM records, booking qualified meetings, and supporting the overall sales and business development process.
The selected candidate will receive training, guidance, and a clear sales system based on Topping Courier’s strategy and workflow.
Key Responsibilities
- Contact company-provided leads through email, phone calls, and online or in-person meetings (across GTA)
- Follow up with potential clients in a professional and organized manner
- Update CRM records with lead status, notes, next steps, and follow-up details
- Support sales and marketing activities to generate business opportunities
- Communicate with potential B2B clients and introduce Topping Courier’s services
- Help book meetings with qualified business prospects
- Work with the team to improve outreach, follow-up, and sales results
- Follow the company’s sales strategy, process, and reporting structure
Qualifications
- Fluent in English and Farsi, both spoken and written
- Previous experience in sales, business development, lead generation, customer service, or marketing is preferred
- Knowledge and experience with CRM systems are preferred
- IT knowledge, comfort with digital tools, and the ability to learn new platforms quickly would be a strong asset
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable with email outreach, phone calls, and professional client communication
- Strong follow-up skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
- Results-driven mindset with a professional attitude
- Experience in logistics, courier services, eCommerce, B2B services, or related industries is an asset
