About the role
We’re looking for a Graphic & Multimedia Designer to join our growing team!
As a Graphic & Multimedia Designer, your work will have a big impact on creating, developing and delivering compelling visual concepts and designs across a range of brand communication platforms (digital, video, social, web and print) for internal and external audiences.
You will work closely with members of the Corporate Affairs & Communications team and other stakeholders. In addition to your technical skillsets in graphic design and video editing, you are a collaborative team member that has a strong focus on customer service. The ideal candidate also has a clear understanding that our work follows business priorities and not just trends. We value our written and visual stories to enrich the relationship we have with our customers, employees, shareholders, media and society.
Versatility, flexibility and enthusiasm are important – work will range from designing a weekly newsletter to producing a fully integrated digital campaign, to testing new multimedia channels and formats.
What you’ll do here:
Plan, manage and execute assigned projects and work with a cross-functional group of stakeholders to ensure deliverables meet expectations and are completed on time.
Use typography, colour theory, and creative thinking to conceptualize design and layout, all while consistently applying corporate brand guidelines.
Determine communication mediums, purpose, and targeted audience to guide the design process.
Support brand communication campaigns.
Collaborate with the translation team to ensure final designs are well positioned for both English and French audiences.
Create everything from infographics and presentation designs, social and digital content, video concepts and editing, to full campaign materials, including core brand assets.
Collaborate with and guide colleagues in design.
Additional responsibilities may include designing microsites.

What you bring to the table:
A strong online portfolio – please ensure your link is located within your resume – that displays your creative, on-brand and customer-driven thinking.

Here are a few reasons why others have joined our team:
An award-winning, inspiring workplace that supports its people and recognizes great work
