Job Title: Sales Consultant

This year, Hästens is extending its footprint to Western Canada, and the first store will be opening in the heart of Vancouver by this winter.
As the sales consultant reporting directly to the owner of the Vancouver Store, we are looking for a talented individual to drive new business opportunities, forge lasting relationships, and fuel sales growth. With a proven track record in sales and a deep understanding of the Décor & Design industry, you'll be well-equipped to deliver exceptional trade customer experiences that set us apart. Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through prospecting, networking, and referrals.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients, with focus on trade customers.
- Understand end-user client needs, trade customer requirements and provide tailored solutions.
- Present products and services professionally, utilizing electronic and traditional collateral.
- Negotiate with trade customers and end-user clients, maintaining a sales pipeline to achieve/exceed sales targets.
- Collaborate with internal team and external suppliers.
- Stay up to date with product development and product offerings as well as market trends.
- Attend networking events on a regular basis to grow and maintain the company’s database.
- Assist with internal and external events hosted by the company.
- Provide sales forecasts, reports, and insights to management.
- Adhere to sales processes, policies, and procedures.
- Undertake additional responsibilities as assigned to support the overall success of the team and organization.
Experience and Qualifications:
Required:
- Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets in a luxury goods or premium brand environment.
- Demonstrated knowledge of luxury market trends, customer preferences, and brand positioning.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills tailored to a high-end clientele.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with discerning customers.
Preferred:
- 3+ years of external sales experience in luxury home furnishings, interior design, or a related field.
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
- Experience with lead generation and prospecting techniques in a luxury market.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $4,500.00-$6,000.00 per month
