About Us
Sterling Health is an Edmonton-based home care provider approved through Alberta's Client Directed Home Care Invoicing (CDHCI) program. We help seniors and individuals across the Edmonton region access government-funded home care services — including personal care, homemaking, and daily living support — at potentially no cost to them. Our mission is to make sure every Albertan who qualifies for home care actually receives it.
The Role
We are looking for a compassionate, community-minded Home Care Marketing Coordinator to join our growing team. You will visit our partner senior centres across Edmonton, spending time with seniors and their families to educate them about home care services they may already qualify for. This is not a sales role. You are simply making sure people know what is available to them and helping them access it.
Many seniors in Alberta qualify for client directed home care which may be fully funded through the government. Most simply don't know it exists. Your job is to change that and help improve their lives.
Qualifications
- Warm, patient, and genuinely comfortable spending time with seniors and older adults
- A natural communicator who can explain things clearly and simply
- Self-motivated and dependable
- Background in healthcare, social work, seniors care, or community outreach is a strong asset
- Valid driver's licence and reliable vehicle to travel to partner sites across Edmonton
