Heart to Home Meals is the leading frozen home meals delivery service for seniors. Established in 2016, Heart to Home Meals provides healthy and nutritious meals to thousands of elderly customers who wish to remain independent in their own homes.
Job Role and Responsibilities

The CSR role is crucial to supporting the running of the business.
- Learn how to take orders via our system and all about our operational processes such as delivery rounds, stock management and mainly developing a strong relationship with all our customers.
- You will be responsible for taking telephone/internet orders and making outbound calls to customers and prospects.
- You will help out with inventory if needed.
- You will assist with coffee mornings and manning information booths when needed.
- Our primary goal is to become a trusted friend to all our customers’. You will take an active and genuine interest in making a real difference in their lives.
- You will support customers by advising them on how to cook, store and re-order our meals as necessary.
- You will prepare the distribution of mailed promotional literature as required and communicate details of new products or promotions to customers.
Experience:
- Customer Service: 1 year (recent experience preferred)
- Accuracy and attention to detail is required
- Great communication skills
Job Types: Permanent Fulltime
Salary: $20 per hour – 8:30 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
