Responsibilities:
- Proofing, baking, frying, garnishing, and preparing all mise en place items.
- Setting up and maintaining your station with necessary ingredients, tools, and equipment, including managing par levels to ensure continuous flow during service. - Maintaining cleanliness in your work area, including regular cleaning of prep surfaces, tools, and equipment.
- Adhering to food safety guidelines by following proper food handling, storage, and sanitation practices.
- Ensuring all ingredients are prepped according to standardized recipes, supporting the consistent execution of the menu.
Qualifications:
- At least 1 year of previous kitchen experience is mandatory.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high-quality standards.
- Strong teamwork and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
