Qualifications & Requirements
- Registered Physiotherapist in good standing with the physiotherapy regulatory college in British Columbia (CHCPBC)
- Minimum 2* year of clinical experience*
- Level 3 Vodder Certification or CTL-LANA certification preferred
- Training and experience in Complete Decongestive Therapy (CDT)
- Current CPR or BLS certification
- Experience or strong interest in lymphedema management and cancer rehabilitation
- Familiarity with Jane App (preferred)
Skills
- Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, oncology rehabilitation, and lymphedema management
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to create a comfortable experience for clients
- Effective communication skills for explaining assessment findings, treatment plans, and addressing client concerns
- Ability to listen actively and adapt treatments based on client feedback and clinical presentation
- Professionalism, empathy, and a genuine desire to help others
- Ability to work independently while maintaining a team-oriented attitude
