Position: Pre-Engineered Steel Building Sales Professional
Industry: Pre-Engineered / Pre-Fabricated Steel Buildings
Location: Canada
Experience Required: Minimum 3 years of experience selling pre-engineered steel buildings
License Required: Valid driver's license
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate new business opportunities and develop a strong sales pipeline for pre-engineered steel buildings.
- Build and maintain relationships with commercial, industrial, agricultural, and private clients.
- Prepare and present steel building proposals, quotations, and sales presentations.
- Follow up on leads and guide clients through the sales process.
- Negotiate contracts and successfully close sales opportunities.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth transition from sale to project execution.
- Achieve and exceed monthly and annual sales targets.
