What you'll do:
- Coordinating and crafting new business quotes and renewals.
- Business Development - Outbound prospecting, appointment scheduling, identifying customer needs, and introducing suitable products and services.
- Build lasting relationships based on trust, empathy, and exceptional customer service.
- Collaborate and educate clients on products and personalized financial strategies for long-term security with (Insurance, Investments, and Mortgages).
- Stay at the forefront of industry trends, regulations, and product knowledge.
What you bring:
- Sales experience (outside, inside, retail, or telemarketing) preferred.
- Passion for making a positive impact in people's lives.
- Proven track record of meeting sales goals/quotas preferred.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills – written, verbal, and listening.
- Analytical mindset with excellent problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to make compelling presentations to potential customers.
- Comfortable using digital tools and platforms to streamline workflow.
- Life License Qualification Program (LLQP) or willingness to obtain one.
