As a Parts Call Centre Salesperson you will

The Parts Call Center Salesperson is responsible for selling parts and accessories over the phone by providing exemplary customer service to support the entire enterprise.

The ideal candidate will have

  • Certified Parts Person
  • 3+ years previous parts counter sales experience
  • John Deere ag experience preferred
  • Data entry/keyboarding skills
  • Basic parts and machinery knowledge
  • Ability to use the John Deere Parts Catalog computer application
  • Ability to work in a team environment
  • High School diploma or equivalent experience
  • Must be able to work weekends, extended hours outside PCE regular hours and statutory holidays
  • The role may require work from home
