What You’ll Do
The Private Wealth Associate is primarily responsible for providing a very high quality, personalized service to our Private Wealth clients and supporting investment management activities. The individual in this position will have strong attention to detail and focus on supporting the front-end client experience within the Private Wealth business. This will include providing service to Fidelity Private Wealth existing and prospective clients in an efficient and professional manner.
How You’ll Make an Impact
Client Servicing Support
Cultivate strong relationships with clients becoming the “go to” person for account specific information, which can include, providing reports and clarifications, cash contributions/withdrawals, coordination with other departments (trading, billing, compliance, etc.).
Facilitate the onboarding process for new clients and the maintenance of existing client accounts and records.
Support Relationship Managers with all on-going sales, service and communication with clients and prospects while ensuring that all reports and documents presented reflect information that is both complete and of the highest quality and are produced within the required timelines.
Collaborate with other team members in joint projects (business development, special events, process improvement, etc.)
Administration
Record and update client contacts and other related information in the CRM system
Coordinate various administrative tasks and ensure appropriate follow up
Provide general administrative support to Relationship Managers
What We’re Looking For
Someone who is looking to become a Relationship Manager for Private Wealth Clients
University degree or equivalent work experience
1+ years of relevant experience in a Private Wealth Customer Service role
CFA or CIM enrollment an asset
Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and French
Proficient skills in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems
Client Focused and effective problem solver
Excellent interpersonal and relationship management skills
High level of discretion in handling confidential matters
