Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team. This role is essential in maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for our clients and staff. The ideal candidate will have experience in custodial work and a strong commitment to quality cleaning standards. Prior experience in commercial cleaning is a plus. Duties
- Perform thorough cleaning of designated areas, including offices, restrooms, and common spaces
- Dust, sweep, mop, vacuum, and sanitize surfaces to ensure cleanliness and hygiene standards are met
- Restock supplies such as paper towels, soap, and other essentials as needed
- Maintain cleanliness of floors, windows, furniture, and fixtures
- Follow established cleaning procedures and safety guidelines
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly
- Adhere to company policies regarding sanitation and safety protocols
Requirements
- Prior custodial or cleaning experience preferred; experience in commercial cleaning is advantageous
- Strong attention to detail with a focus on quality workmanship
- Ability to work independently and efficiently with minimal supervision
- Physical ability to perform cleaning tasks which may include lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods
- Reliable attendance and punctuality are essential
- Good communication skills and a professional attitude are required
- Ability to follow instructions carefully and maintain confidentiality of client spaces
Pay: $20.00 per hour
