Overview:
Mount Norquay is hiring energetic and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Tube Park Attendants for the upcoming winter season. This is a fun and dynamic outdoor role, perfect for those who love the mountains, enjoy interacting with people, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
We are hiring for both full-time and part-time positions, with a variety of shifts available—including mornings, afternoons, evenings, and weekends.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide a safe and enjoyable tubing experience for all guests
- Monitor and manage guest flow at the tube lanes and handle tubing equipment
- Communicate clearly with guests and co-workers to maintain safety and efficiency
- Deliver excellent customer service while assisting guests with questions or concerns
- Maintain clean and organized work areas
- Support team operations as needed during daily park setup and takedown
Qualifications:
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Friendly, positive attitude and ability to work as part of a team
- Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions
- Physically fit and able to lift/move tubes and assist guests
- Prior experience in a guest-facing or outdoor role is an asset, but not required
Work Conditions & Physical Requirements:
- This role is based entirely outdoors and requires working in varying mountain weather
- Shifts include weekends, holidays, and evenings during peak periods
- Must be physically able to lift and carry tubing equipment and assist with snow removal as needed
