Pacific Coastal Airlines is looking for a permanent full-time B1900 First Officers to join our flight crew in Vancouver.
Pacific Coastal Airlines Pilots are the ambassadors of our company who are responsible to provide outstanding service to our customers to ensure a safe and pleasant experience. Behind the controls, our Pilots maintain safety and emergency-related procedures for the aircraft. On the ground, they are part of a team who works in conjunction with crew members and ground agents to ensure on-time performance and customer service are at a premium. They are professionals entrusted with safety, security, and service excellence.
Minimum Qualifications and Requirements:
- 250 hours Total Time
- CPL with IATRA or ATPL (IATRA must be completed within the last 18 months)
- Multi-Engine IFR Rating
- Valid Category 1 Medical Certificate
- Bond applies Crew Practices Manual
- Ability to travel away from home, including overnights
- Flexibility to work varying shifts
- Ability to obtain and maintain a Restricted Area Identity Card
- Must be a Canadian citizen or Canadian permanent resident, or hold a valid permit to work in Canada
- Ability to travel to/from the United States without restrictions
- Ability to lift 50 pounds unassisted
Safety and Security
- Ensure the safety, security and comfort of all passengers
- Follows and enforces standard operating procedures to ensure compliance with Pacific Coastal Airlines and regulatory requirements
Customer Service
- Deliver service standards in accordance with Pacific Coastal Airlines philosophy
- Greet and engage passengers on board the aircraft
- Carry oneself in a professional manner

Upgrade Retention Bonus: The upgrade retention bonus consists of a one-time $25,000 bonus payable to all eligible upgrading First Officers after the completion of two years as a Captain.
