Receptionist/Administrative Assistant

Grand River Moving in Kitchener is looking for a full-time Receptionist in a fast paced office to manage our front desk on a daily basis and perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks. Our receptionist will be the front-line of customer service therefore the ideal candidate should have a positive and engaging personality with strong communication, interpersonal and multitasking abilities.

Responsibilities include:

Answering the main switchboard phone system
Strong knowledge of MS Office Suite including Word, Excel and Outlook
Excellent written and spoken English communication skills

Organized, efficient, and able to multi-task in a busy environment.

Detail oriented with exceptional typing skills
Maintaining a clean and tidy office

* Perform confirmation/ follow up emails with clients
* Data Entry
* Filing
* Assist sales reps with scheduling and other tasks as needed
