About the Role
We are looking for a Store Manager to lead with care, intention, and a strong sense of ownership.
This role is about more than managing a store—it’s about creating an experience.
You will shape a space where clients feel welcomed, understood, and at ease, while guiding a team to deliver thoughtful service and strong, consistent sales performance.

Responsabilités clés
-Expérience client, stylisme et ventes
-Créer une expérience en magasin chaleureuse, personnalisée et attentive
-Guider les clients dans le stylisme en tenant compte de leur mode de vie et de leurs préférences
-Composer des tenues complètes et recommander des articles de manière naturelle et réfléchie
-Diriger l’équipe pour créer un environnement serein, accueillant et axé sur le service
-Générer de solides performances commerciales grâce à un engagement attentionné et à une connaissance approfondie des produits
-Favoriser un sentiment de connexion entre les clients et la marque Naïf
