Position Summary
We are looking for a reliable and safety-conscious Forklift Operator to join our warehouse team. The successful candidate will be responsible for moving raw materials and finished goods, loading and unloading deliveries, and supporting daily production operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts safely and efficiently.
- Load and unload trucks.
- Move raw materials and finished products throughout the facility.
- Organize inventory and maintain warehouse cleanliness.
- Assist with shipping and receiving activities.
- Perform routine equipment inspections and report any issues.
- Follow all workplace safety and food safety procedures.
- Assist the production team in daily operations.
Qualifications
- Valid forklift certification (or willingness to obtain certification).
- Previous forklift or warehouse experience is an asset.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
