We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Information Technology Manager to lead our IT department. The Manager of IT will be responsible for overseeing the development, implementation, and maintenance of our organization's technology infrastructure. This is a management role that requires strong technical expertise, strategic thinking, and excellent communication skills.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement IT strategies and initiatives to support the organization's goals and objectives.
- Manage and oversee all aspects of the IT department, including infrastructure, systems, applications, and security.
- Lead a team of IT professionals, providing guidance, coaching, and mentorship.
- Collaborate with other departments to identify technology needs and develop solutions to improve efficiency and productivity.
- Ensure the security and integrity of our technology systems and data.
- Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends to drive innovation within the organization.
- Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts for hardware, software, and services.
- Develop and manage the IT budget.
Skills:
- Strong technical knowledge in areas such as C, SharePoint, VMWare, Python, PowerShell, Exchange.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to analyze complex issues and develop effective solutions.
- Project management skills to effectively plan, execute, and monitor IT projects.
- Ability to lead a team and foster a collaborative work environment.
- Strong understanding of information security principles and best practices.
