Duties
- Greet customers warmly and assist them in finding products that meet their needs
- Manage merchandising displays to ensure attractive and organized presentation of products
- Cash handling and cashiering duties
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries promptly and professionally
- Assist with inventory management, stock replenishment, and organizing the sales floor
- Demonstrate strong time management skills to handle multiple customers efficiently during busy periods
- Use effective phone etiquette when communicating with customers over the phone
Qualifications
- Proven experience in retail sales or related customer service roles preferred
- Multilingual or bilingual skills (English required) to serve a diverse customer base effectively
- Familiarity with merchandising, cash handling, and cashiering procedures
- Basic math skills for transaction accuracy and inventory management
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
