Requirements
- Valid Mortgage Broker license for British Columbia
- Proven experience as a mortgage broker or loan officer within the financial services or banking industry
- Strong knowledge of guidelines, underwriting processes, loan origination, and loan processing procedures
- Familiarity with mortgage software tools
- Excellent negotiation skills coupled with a customer-focused approach to service delivery
- Ability to perform credit analysis, interpret financial statements.
