Position Summary
Reporting to the General Manager, the Communications & Design Coordinator is responsible for managing the Club's member communications, digital content, graphic design, publications, and branded materials.
The role ensures members receive timely, accurate, and professionally presented information while maintaining consistent Club branding across digital and print channels.
Key Responsibilities
Communications
- Coordinate and distribute weekly member e-blasts
- Produce the monthly Club newsletter
- Maintain the Club communications calendar
- Support governance and member communications
- Coordinate content submissions from departments
Digital Content
- Maintain Club website content and event listings
- Manage Club app content and updates
- Ensure information is current and accurate across all member-facing platforms
Graphic Design & Publications
- Design newsletters, posters, menus, event materials, signage, and promotional pieces
- Prepare files for digital distribution and print production
- Maintain brand standards and visual consistency
Print & Branded Materials
- Coordinate printing of Club publications and promotional materials
- Manage inventory and ordering of branded materials and collateral
- Support retail merchandise design and ordering
Administrative Support
- Track communications schedules and deadlines
- Maintain photo and design asset libraries
- Assist with special projects as assigned
Qualifications
- Diploma or degree in Communications, Graphic Design, Marketing, or related field
- Experience in communications, design, or publishing
- Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills
- Proficiency in Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar software
- Strong organizational and project management skills
- Experience with website content management systems is an asset
