Our expectations

Reporting to the IT manager, the senior functional analyst is part of the team supporting HR applications and more specifically applications related to the payroll cycle. The senior functional analyst can work on the evolution of solutions as well as on the resolution of certain application problems. The first mandate of this role is to work in matrix mode within the WorkDay modules implementation project. As part of this project, his (her) main mandate is to perform functional analyzes of multiple integrations while meeting the needs of internal customers. In this context, he (she) will also have to produce functional and integrated tests. The senior functional analyst works closely with the developers assigned to change requests or projects.

Your role

Produce and update functional analysis documentation.
Propose recommendations considering business needs, architecture, existing applications, costs and their impact on processes.
Participate in the assessment of the time required for development.
Assist programmers during the implementation phase.
Prepare and execute functional and integrated tests and support acceptance tests.
Be responsible for putting integrations into production.
Ensure compliance and monitoring of standards.
Participate in the support and evolution of payroll solutions.

Requirements :
The qualifications we are looking for

Hold a university degree or college diploma in computer science or the equivalent.
Have ten (10) years of experience in IT projects, including ten (5) in application analysis.
Have experience in the HR sector, mainly the payroll cycle is essential.
Knowledge of WorkDay is essential
Possess a strong capacity for analysis and synthesis.
Possess a team spirit and leadership.
Have the ability to easily adapt to changes.
Have the ability to popularize and communicate knowledge.
Have the ability to operate with tight deadlines and constraints.
Have a sense of organization, service and concern for quality.
Master the French and English languages ??(spoken and written).
