Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Professional Cleaner to join our team. This role involves maintaining cleanliness and safety across various facilities, ensuring a high standard of hygiene and presentation. The ideal candidate will have experience with custodial tasks, facilities maintenance, and commercial cleaning, along with excellent time management and communication skills. Responsibilities
- Perform general cleaning duties including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and disinfecting surfaces in commercial or industrial settings
- Use hand tools, power tools, and custodial equipment to complete cleaning tasks efficiently and effectively
- Conduct facilities maintenance tasks as needed to ensure safety and operational standards are met
- Operate heavy lifting equipment or assist with moving furniture or supplies when required
- Maintain cleaning supplies inventory and notify management of supply needs
- Follow safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment for all staff and visitors
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing client requests promptly and professionally
- Document completed tasks and report any maintenance issues or safety hazards
Qualifications
- Proven experience in commercial cleaning, custodial work, or facilities maintenance preferred
- Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, and cleaning equipment is highly desirable
- Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent communication skills to interact professionally with clients and team members
- Ability to perform heavy lifting and physical tasks throughout the workday
- Prior experience in customer service is a plus
- Reliable transportation to reach various job sites as needed
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while adhering to safety standards
Pay: $20.00-$25.00 per hour
