Job Summary
We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Real Estate Photographer to capture high-quality images of residential and commercial properties. Duties
- Photograph interior and exterior spaces of various properties, ensuring each shot highlights key features and appeal
- Edit and enhance photos using Adobe Lightroom and Adobe Photoshop to achieve professional quality images
- Collaborate with real estate agents, property managers, and clients to understand specific photography requirements
- Manage scheduling to ensure timely delivery of images for marketing campaigns and listings
- Maintain photography equipment, ensuring cameras, lenses, lighting, and accessories are in optimal condition
- Organize digital files systematically for easy access and distribution
Skills
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Adobe Lightroom and Adobe Photoshop for photo editing
- Strong understanding of lighting techniques, composition, and staging for real estate photography
- Excellent attention to detail with an eye for aesthetics and visual storytelling
- Ability to work independently, manage time efficiently, and meet deadlines
- Knowledge of real estate marketing trends is a plus
- Reliable transportation and ability to access various property locations promptly
