About the Role
We are currently seeking a Temporary Part-Time Chiropractic Health Assistant (Check-In / Back Office) to support our team during a busy period. This role is ideal for someone who is organized, energetic, and loves working with people in a fast-paced healthcare environment.

As the Check-In Chiropractic Assistant (CICA), you will be the first impression of our office and play a vital role in creating a warm, welcoming, and organized environment for every patient. You will ensure a smooth and efficient check-in process while supporting the team in maintaining strong systems and exceptional patient flow throughout the day.
Key ResponsibilitiesDaily Flow & Leadership
- Prepare and lead the daily huddle
- Maintain the energy and organization of the office
Patient Experience
- Greet and check in patients warmly and efficiently
- Notify doctors of arrivals for special visits
Scheduling & Compliance
- Monitor no-shows and follow up appropriately
- Support patient compliance through proper scheduling systems
Administrative Support
- Manage missed appointment entries
- Assist with phone calls and support office promotions as needed

- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Comfort with scheduling software and basic administrative systems (training provided)
- A team player who is coachable, adaptable, and eager to grow
- Previous experience in a chiropractic or healthcare setting is an asset, but not required we are happy to train the right person
