Responsibilities:
· Maintain excellent knowledge of medical products and treatments for informed, reliable customer care.
· Manage sensitive data and documentation filing systems while adhering to confidentiality, data security protocols, and regulatory guidelines for workplace safety and customer privacy.
· Safeguard narcotics and medical supplies with stringent adherence to inventory management, labelling and dispensing protocols.
· Ability to engage customers through effective product demonstrations and upselling strategies.
· Manage cash reconciliation for daily POS sales, completing bank deposits and sales reports.
· Work with pharmacists to coordinate consultations for new medications, providing customers with top-quality service.
· Train new pharmacy staff in procedures and customer service standards while restocking shelves and preparing expired drugs for return.
· Maintain clean and organized pharmacy shelving and work areas.
Skills requirements and qualifications
· Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
· Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team.
· A positive attitude and willingness to learn in a dynamic work environment.
· Possess comprehensive experience, training, and strong working knowledge of pharmaceuticals.
· Must have Working experience in home health care supplies and mobility supplies.
Position and Working hours: Contract full-time, 2 years. (renewable) - Availability to work on weekends is a must.

Salary: $70,000 – $80,000 per year.
