As a key member of the Western Leadership Team, the Director, British Columbia Blended reports directly to the VP of Western Canada and is responsible for growing and developing market share, talent and innovative business solutions.

What you will do:
-
Develops and implements strategic business marketing plans, sales plans, and forecasts to achieve corporate objectives.

Develops and manages operating budgets for the BC Blended business segment.

Pursue and develop new growth opportunities in the market, with a focus on key sectors.
-
Develop and grow relationships with key vendors and partners.
-
Monitor current contracts, agreements; develop new proposals and negotiate new long-term customer/prospect partnerships within the sector.

Work closely with Category Management and Marketing on our go-to-market strategy, and actively participate in demand planning and forecasting for products.

Responsible for brand and product alignment in the region, including positioning, packaging, and pricing for optimal long-term profitability.

Oversees and evaluates market research and adjusts marketing strategy to meet changing market and competitive conditions in the BC landscape.

Establishes and maintains relationships with industry influencers and key strategic partners.

Ensures a consistent corporate image throughout all product lines, promotional materials, and events.

Directs market channel development activity and coordinates sales distribution.

Represents the company at trade association meetings to promote products and services.
What you will bring:

10 years of Distribution experience.
-
University Degree or equivalent experience.
-
Previous experience in sales leadership, creating, and implementing a sales strategy.

Ability to develop and drive business plans with a customer-centric mindset.

Demonstrates effective leadership and communication skills.

Proven experience leading leaders and building teams.
-
Ability to manage competing demands and make timely decisions, exercising critical thinking.

Proven ability to gain trust and maintain a collaborative and supportive leadership presence throughout all parts of the organization.
Salary range: $130-160,000 depending on experience
