**Key Responsibilities:**
- Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems and fixtures
- Interpret blueprints for plumbing layouts
- Collaborate with construction professionals
- Measure, cut, braze, or solder pipes and fittings
- Troubleshoot plumbing issues with mechanical knowledge
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes
- Opportunity to acquire HVAC/R Experience
**Requirements:**
- Journeyperson Certification
- Experienced in plumbing systems and tools
- Ability to work independently and in teams
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and customer service skills
- Physical ability for heavy lifting and manual labor
- Clean driver’s abstract and valid driver’s license
- Willingness to be on call on a rotational basis
- Controls and boiler experience is an asset
- Willingness to learn HVAC/R systems is an asset
