Position Responsibilities:
-
Answer incoming customer inquiries and engage with clients in a friendly and professional manner while actively listening to their concerns

Record and modify customer information within the database
-
Offer support and solutions to customers in accordance with the company's customer service policies

Collaborate with key stakeholders and teams to stay updated on new products, services, and policies
-
Other duties as requested
Position Qualifications:
-
High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
-
Minimum of 1-year customer service experience
-
Excellent English verbal and written communication skills
-
French verbal and written communication skills considered an asset
-
Excellent computer skills (comfortable attaching documents, working with multiple screens and multiple tabs)

Friendly, patient, empathetic, dependable and self-motivated
-
High ability to pleasantly and professionally converse with clients on the phone, transfer information accurately into company software and maintain high accuracy

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Ability to multi-task and high ability to operate in a busy environment

Flexible to work 40 hours a week between the hours of 6:00am and 11:30pm and occasional weekends. Currently hiring for Monday-Friday 2:30pm to 11:00pm after completion of training with occasional Saturday or Sunday
