We provide qualified company leads, ongoing coaching, proven systems, and the backing of an established Calgary renovation company.
But we want to be clear:
We do not provide your entire pipeline.
Our Renovation Consultants are required to generate their own opportunities in addition to working company-provided leads.
Those who rely only on company leads are unlikely to build a six-figure income.
Those who prospect, network, build referral relationships, and create their own opportunities are rewarded with a firm 40% increase in commission on self-generated projects.
What You Can Earn
This is a commission-based role with uncapped earning potential.
Strong performers can earn well into six figures, while exceptional consultants who build a large self-generated pipeline may have the potential to earn CA$300,000+ annually.
Income is based on individual performance, sales volume, close rate, project mix, and self-generated activity.
What You’ll Do
- Work company-provided and self-generated leads
- Prospect, network, and build referral relationships
- Meet homeowners and understand their renovation goals
- Present solutions and guide clients toward a signed agreement
- Follow up consistently with inbound, warm, cold, and aged leads
- Maintain an organized pipeline in HubSpot
- Work closely with our design and production teams

Experience in renovation sales, real estate, automotive sales, home improvement, luxury retail, business development, or other relationship-based sales is an asset.
Renovation experience is helpful but not required.
