Eaton’s Electrical sector is currently seeking an Inside Sales Representative to join our team. This position is based at our Toronto, ON facility and offers benefits from day one.
The expected total compensation range for this role is $69,000 - $84,000 inclusive of the bonus.

In this role you will prepare sales proposals based on customer needs and expectations. You will be responsible for Building relationships with key customers to enhance long term business prospects, Support incoming calls from Sales Representatives, Resellers, and End-Users. Generate quotes, special pricing requests, and provides additional sales support for various internal teams. Responsible for meeting or exceeding both an individual and a team sales goal. Renewing and processing annual service contracts to existing Canadian customers in a given region.
Essential Functions:
Collaboration – Work closely with internal team and communicate with Eaton field service technicians in the region
Digital Tools – Use a combination of Eaton’s ERP management tools in order to manage and generate customer quotes and administer annual service contracts.
Customer Relationships – Build relationships with customers and internal personnel to enhance long term business growth. Prepare sales proposals based on customer requirements while meeting timeline expectations.

The ideal candidate is an agile learner who enjoys fast paced sales environment. They understand the importance of customers, organizations, channel strategy and pricing to deliver support to internal and external customers. Who can also meet or exceed monthly sales targets.
Basic Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma from an accredited institution.
- Minimum 2 years of sales experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
- No relocation benefit is offered for this position.
- Must be authorized to work in Canada without company sponsorship now and in the future.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Business to Business (B2B) sales experience.
- Technical degree or diploma.
- Minimum 3 years of technical sales experience in the electrical industry.
- Experience with Salesforce and Oracle Applications.
- Demonstrated leadership qualities aligned with the Eaton Leader profile.
- Strong financial and business acumen.
- Strong collaborative skills; ability to successfully work in a matrix environment.
- Demonstrated success in: a) driving zero incident safety culture; b); performance results; c) building high performance teams; d) leading cross-functionally; e) developing and retaining leaders; f) driving organizational change.
