Account Coordinator - Graphic Designer
Sleek Signs is the leading large format Print Company in the province and we are looking to give an opportunity to a youth/student as part of the Canada Summer Student Grant program. This will initially be an 8 week term with an opportunity to continue if a suitable team fit. If you want to work on some of the biggest campaigns in the country this is the job for you. We are looking for a self directed, self starter who wants to learn and grow in the sign industry. During the term you would primarily be working on internal communications, marketing, and design preproduction. If we are able to offer a permanent position you duties would expand to helping clients define their needs, quote them on the best solution and prepare the approved designs for printing. Graphic design capabilities are a must but this is not a design focused position (we are not an ad agency). Although there is some design many of our clients have artwork provided so error checking and quote preparation are key accountabilities. You must be a youth / student that will qualify for the summer work grant.
Preference will be given to a graduate of the Sask. Polytechnic - Graphic Communications Program or related experience/program.
Salary Expectation - $40,000 - $42,000+ with increase if joining the team permanently.
