POSITION OVERVIEW
As a Bookings and Events Coordinator at GRETA, you will be responsible for managing bookings and coordinating events to ensure an exceptional experience for our guests. From initial inquiries to execution, you'll handle all aspects of bookings, collaborating with internal teams to deliver seamless solutions. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, excels in organization and detail, and is committed to exceeding expectations. SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a hospitality management position, sales position, or similar
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proven knowledge and execution of successful development strategies
- Adaptable to work effectively in a diverse and ever-changing working environment
- High level of organization and attention to detail
- Strong analytical thinking skills
- Experience with CRM Software such as Triple Seat considered an asset
- Experience with reservation software such as OpenTable considered an asset
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Proven critical thinking and strategic problem solving, and conflict resolution skills to assure project success
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Create a fun, comfortable environment for staff and guests to ensure an excellent
- experience for all
- Manage all reservations & group booking inquiries for parties of 25 people or less
- Manage Community App (direct text line for customers)
- Onsite point of contact for events while in the building
- Communicate all staffing needs with managers and Chefs for upcoming reservations
- Assist with game card set up for reservations
- Set up reservations each day and all assets required for those reservations
