As a Civil Supervisor, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing construction projects to ensure that our projects meet quality standards and are completed according to schedule.
Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate civil construction activities to ensure compliance with project specifications and safety standards.
- Conduct quality inspections and control measures throughout the construction process.
- Manage project timelines and budgets, ensuring efficient resource allocation.
- Collaborate with project managers and foremen to facilitate smooth project execution.
- Prepare detailed reports on project progress and quality assessments.
- Ensure adherence to all regulatory requirements and industry standards during construction.
Requirements
- Proven experience in civil supervision or related field within the electrical and construction industry.
- Strong understanding of quality control processes and inspection techniques.
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Familiarity with construction estimating practices is an asset.
- Knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems is beneficial but not mandatory.
