What You’ll Do
- Assist customers in selecting the right hot tub, spa, or backyard product for their needs
- Provide exceptional customer service from initial inquiry to final sale
- Follow up with leads and maintain customer relationships
- Learn product features, benefits, and financing options
- Help maintain a clean, welcoming showroom
- Work collaboratively with the team to achieve sales goals
- Coordinate deliveries and service calls
- Track inventory
What We’re Looking For
- Previous sales or customer service experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Positive attitude and self-motivated personality
- Comfortable working weekends
- Ability to build trust and deliver an outstanding customer experience
- Interest in home, wellness, or outdoor living products is an asset
- Experience using POS and CRM systems
- Proficient in Microsoft office
