Position Summary
Under the direct supervision of F&B Sr manager, Assistant Manager and supervisors, this position is responsible for serving the guest’s beverages with the strictest regard to rules, regulations and outlet operational guidelines while contributing to a safe and welcoming work environment for all team members. This position may serve in a restaurant, buffet operation, on a casino floor, in a bar, at a banquet, in a theatre, in in-room dining or other areas. Ensures adherence to the Company's policies and procedures, motivates and leads by example and supports Great Canadians learning environment while establishing a safe and welcoming work environment for all team members.
Key Accountabilities
Education and Qualifications
- High School Diploma; Post Secondary hospitality or hotel education an asset; Bartending certificate an asset
- Minimum 1 year bartending experience
- POS experience
- Food Safety Certification
- Ability to successfully obtain a Gaming License
Ability to exceed internal and external customer expectations through timely, effective and service oriented communication

Work Environment Considerations
- Regular casino, restaurant or bar environment, standing and walking for long periods of time, some exposure to noise, non-traditional work hours.
