Job Description:
Landscape Maintenance for Commercial and Residential sites
Garden Maintenance (weeding, deadheading, edging, trimming, seasonal pruning)
Lawn Maintenance (mowing, trimming, fertilizing etc.)
Driving truck & trailer
Management of crew from 1-3 members
Record keeping; Phone app. and/or hard copy
Inventory and organization of materials, equipment, and tools
Equipment & tool maintenance
Snow Removal services
Qualifications:
Minimum 3 years maintenance crew leader experience required
Minimum of a G2 required
Strong horticultural skills & plant ID is required
Knowledge of garden maintenance best practice
Knowledge of organic lawn care practices
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Capable of hard physical labour is essential
Landscape diploma or certification is an asset
Organized, self-motivated, dependable
Experience driving in Toronto is an asset
Experience performing equipment maintenance is an asset
Experience snowplowing with truck or skid steer is an asset

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $24.00-$27.00 per hour
Expected hours: 8 per week
