This is a full time on-site position dealing directly with customers and sub trades on a daily basis. As an integral member of the customer care team, you will manage all customer service inquiries, telephone calls, emails, schedule and perform detailed inspections, and schedule appropriate work as directed or required, Additional responsibilities will include but not limited to: conducting Pre-Delivery Orientations with customers, scheduling of all trades and service appointments for all after-sales service work; maintain and satisfy warranty deadlines; manage all incoming customer calls and correspondence; and follow-up with customers as required. This position requires an individual who has strong organizational and people skills with knowledge of the construction industry and the Tarion Warranty guidelines and policies.
