Job Title: Parts Associate

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Assist customers with part information inquiries
- Provide customers guidance on part selection
- Prepare customer part quotes using designated software and tools
- Create sales order and invoices for completed sales
- Process payments for completed sales as necessary
- Adhere to internal system for part sale processing
- Support and maintain all documents associated with part sale
- Part collection, packaging, shipping support
- Deliver parts to customers or local freight company when necessary
- Ensure parts area is well organized
- Assist with part costing activities
- Drive sales growth by cross-selling, add on sales and exceptional customer service
- Provide administration support to the Service and Warranty Manager
SKILLS
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong analytical skills
- Working knowledge of Manufacturing ERP Systems
- Strong Understanding of Microsoft applications
- Understanding deadlines and the importance of following up
- Excellent attention to detail, strong work ethic and great attitude
QUALIFICATIONS:
- 1-3 years sales experience
- Knowledge of Heavy Truck & Trailers an asset
