Reporting Location: 2500 Williams Parkway, Brampton, Ontario
Hours: Work hours vary by project and job site. Applicants should expect a typical workday between 6:30 a.m. and 5:00 p.m Monday to Friday. Start and finish times may vary, with some days requiring additional hours and others ending earlier depending on workload, site conditions, and project completion.

Castletech Spray Foam Inc. is currently seeking an experienced Residential Spray Foam Labourer to join our team.
This position involves working at residential construction sites throughout the GTA and surrounding areas. Job site locations vary daily, and employees must be willing to travel to different locations as required.
Responsibilities
- Assist with the installation of spray foam insulation in residential homes.
- Prepare and clean work areas before and after installation.
- Load, unload, and transport materials and equipment.
- Follow instructions from crew leaders and supervisors.
- Maintain quality workmanship and job site cleanliness.
- Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures.
- Operate tools and equipment in a safe and responsible manner.
- Ensure all work is completed in accordance with company quality and safety standards.
Requirements
- 1–2 years of residential spray foam experience required.
- Valid Working at Heights Certificate.
- Valid Ontario G Class Driver's Licence with a clean driving record.
- Reliable transportation to and from the office.
- Ability to perform physically demanding work, including lifting, carrying, bending, climbing, and working in confined spaces.
- Strong work ethic, punctuality, and reliability.
- Ability to work well in a team environment.
- Commitment to workplace safety and the proper use of PPE.
- Knowledge of standard residential construction site safety practices.
- Legally entitled to work in Canada.
Compensation & Benefits
- Starting wage: $24/hour
- Wage will be reviewed following a successful 3-month performance review and adjusted based on performance, experience, and overall contribution.
