Job Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Car Detailer. As a Car Detailer, you will be responsible for cleaning and maintaining the appearance of vehicles, ensuring customer satisfaction through exceptional service.
Responsibilities:
- Perform reception duties and handle customer inquiries
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer inquiries and concerns
- Pickup/drop-off customer cars
- Inspect vehicles for damages
- Clean and detail vehicles, including interior and exterior surfaces
- Apply wax, sealants, and other protective coatings to maintain the vehicle's appearance
- Clean and maintain the shop environment to follow company's guidelines.
Experience:
-Have at least G2 and good English
- Previous experience in car detailing or automotive cleaning is preferred
- Knowledge of different cleaning products and techniques for various vehicle surfaces is a plus
- Strong attention to detail to ensure high-quality workmanship
- Excellent time management skills to complete tasks efficiently
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team
