- Minimum 5 + years of proven construction experience
- Minimum 2 + years experience in a supervisor position
- 40 hours/week minimum
- Ability to interpret architectural plans and specifications
- Commercial tenant improvement experience
- Commercial construction/renovation experience
- Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
- Experience with Procore will be considered a bonus
- Carpentry trade background considered an asset”
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation. Drivers abstract to be presented if chosen for position. Must be able to travel to multiple sites as required.

Pay: $70,000.00-$95,000.00 per year
